Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great Experience! I rented a car for one month. The pick-up and return processes were easy-going. I was offered an upgrade from a Nissan Sunny to a Nissan Sentra for only 20 CAD for the whole period! I needed a minor maintenance job during my rental; I called them, and the maintenance guy came to me in less than an hour, and he fixed it right away. Their response to questions and inquiries on WhatsApp was very quick. Thanks for the great experience, and special thanks to Mr. Michelle for being so cooperative. It won’t be my last time renting from them if I need to rent a car in Cairo in the future.

Excellent clean cars and excellent customer service

Extremely disappointed with this rental experience. I was given an old 2022 Toyota Corolla in very poor condition that appeared to have been involved in several accidents. This is absolutely not the Enterprise quality or standard we are used to.

The headlights are not working properly, and turning on the high beams barely makes any difference, which is a serious concern when driving at night. The steering wheel is damaged with part of the top missing, there is no backup camera, and the instrument cluster is badly scratched up.

I prepaid for this rental expecting a safe, clean, and properly maintained vehicle. Instead, I feel like I was scammed with the condition of the car I received. Had I seen this vehicle before paying, I would have never accepted it.

Very disappointing experience and definitely not what I expected from Enterprise. I will not be renting from this location again.
