Decent and proper rental company with friendly staff. We had an issue with the first car we rented but thanks to Mr. Hossain and his professional and kind behavior we were able to get a new car without hassle.

We rented a car here for two weeks, through a booking platform. Pick-up went fast and professional. Car was slightly older, but was fine and we had no problems all along the road from Cairo to Aswan and back. We would come back here for a next time.

Gerges of Auto Union made our car rental (Nissan Sunny) in Cairo Egypt perfect! They just replaced one tire prior to the rental and Gerges noticed it was not fully inflated, he took no chances and replaced the new tire for us. This could have saved us a lot of trouble! Also he helped us a lot during the trip when I almost locked myself out of the car, his tips of a secondary key inside the key fob saved me hours of anguish! Furthermore very professional and easy to deal with guy and company! Wish to rent here again.
